  The renewal fee will be competitively priced according to market conditions and our cost.

How can I transfer my domain to your server ?
a) You have to change the Name Server of your domain to our name server.
b) You may require to contact your domain registrar for the admin contact.
c) After which you can use our siteadmin password to upload files.

Where do I upload my files for my website ?
It should be the /default directory of your site which can be achieved through your FTP software using the siteadmin password given to you.

What would be the name of the file being represented as homepage ?
index.html / index.htm / default.html / default.htm

Can I create the users in my website ?
Yes, you can but to a certain limit.

How many users can I create for my domain ?
To check up the limit set for your domain logon to siteadmin using site administrator’s username and password. Click on site settings and check out the limits applicable for your domain.

Where I should go to administer my site ?
Logon to siteadmin in your browser, you will be prompted for a user name and a password. Use the site administrator’s user name and password to enter the web based administration facility.

How can I use FTP to transfer files ?
 

As a site administrator you have the privilege to upload the files through your favourite FTP software. But remember you have to host the files in the /web directory and be sure index.html file should be there.

What is the limitation of the mails for a user ?
 
There is no limitation in the no. of mails. But if the space provides for a particular user exceeds then the mails may bounce back.

I have uploaded my all files, Still it is not showing my site ?
 

Check, Your files may be uploaded in the default directory or not.

How can I access my e-mail after creating a user through siteadmin ?
 
You have to configure it in your outlook express or your favourite mail software where you have to mention your incoming mail server is your domain name and out going is also your domain name without www.
